Alrighty guys as promised here is our 🥖Mortadella, Provolone & Pesto Zuchini Ciabatta 🧀 for episode #2 of our ‘Sanga Series’.

🥖 Mortadella, Provolone & Pesto Zucchini on Ciabatta 🧀

Episode #2 of our ‘Sanga Series’ this is one of my all time favourite combinations. The simple flavours on super soft ciabatta make for an epic fresh sanga with the shaved slices of mortadella or the ultimate toasted sanga with the provolone just ooozing out!

I love that most places you travel these days there is a local artisan bakery producing beautiful hand made goods and a lots of epic Sanga shops popping up. 🍜 Beef Bean & Cashew Udon Noodles 🥩

For episode #9 of our postpartum ‘Yummy Mummy Series’, we’ve partnered with our mates from @wusthofaustralia to bring you this really quick, easy and delicious noodle recipe. You can make a big batch and have it in the fridge or freezer, ready for easy reheating. You’ve gotta have a good set of knives to finely slice your ingredients, it makes all the difference in a stir-fry dish like this.

🍼 Updated Lactation Fudge Brownies 🍫

PSA: You can’t win ‘Em all! I used nutritional yeast but it is actually ‘brewers yeast’ used for lactation. I have updated the recipe and it won’t change the quantities.

A few people have asked about making them without the collagen and yeast. You can just use 50g extra of almond meal instead and leave this out.
