Protein Berry Smoothie 🫐

I’ve been making this smoothie for 10 years now, and as our family has grown, so has the size of the batch.

Our @vitamix_aunz Ascent Series A3500i gets used every day. This one came around our lap of Australia with us and has been put to work making everything from sauces and dips to smoothies.

It’s one kitchen appliance in our house that is an absolute workhorse. It also comes with a 10-year warranty, which is a big tick when you’re using it as much as we do.

On a recent mission to VIC with @hoookn.adventures chasing blue fin tuna, the wind and swell was up so an offshore mission was off the cards. Still eager for an adventure we donned our 5mm @adreno_official suits and braved the 11C water and 30knot winds to grab some scallops. These were the freshest scallops I’ve ever eaten literally in the ocean an hour before we cooked up. Full written recipe dropping tomorrow on 👉@recipearce
