- Beef Mince
- Flaky Salt
- Shredded Cheese
- Scrambled Egg
- Rice
- Black Beans
- Avocado
- Salsa Roja, (see recipe)
- Fresh Coriander
- Lime
Method

Grab a wrap and press down a handful of beef mince, sprinkle with flaky salt.

Drizzle a hot pan with oil and then place the wrap mince side down into the pan. Cook until it is nice and crispy.
- 3)
Pull it out and add shredded cheese, scrambled egg, rice and black beans, avocado, salsa roja, fresh coriander, and squeeze of fresh lime.

Wrap it up and place it join side down in the pan to seal. Flip to toast both sides.

Pull it out and cut it in half to serve.
