When I’m eating bolognese my favourite thing is to spoon the sauce onto the garlic bread and eat it while involuntary eating pleasure noises escape from me like Ohhhhhhfuuuuuaaaaarrrkkenyaaaarmyyyy…. So the next logical step was to skip the whole eating pasta step and put it on a pizza with garlic oil! Make it for yourself and see what sounds come out
Bolognese Garlic Bread Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 250g Dough ball, (refer to my pizza dough recipe)
- Bolognese sauce, (refer to my bolognese sauce recipe)
- Squeeze lemon
- Parmigiano Reggiano
- Flakey salt
- Crack of black pepper
- Parsley
- Garlic oil, (refer to my garlic oil recipe)
Method
- 1)
Make bolognese and cool it in the fridge. Day old is better in my opinion.
- 2)
Stretch out your dough ball, top with bolognese sauce, cook at 450C or however your cooking your pizza.
- 3)
Dress the pizza with a squeeze of lemon, Parmigiano Reggiano, flakey salt, fresh crack of pepper, finely chopped parsley and drizzle of garlic oil! Enjoy 🍕
