Bug, Fermented Chilli and Capers Pizza

I’m a BIG fan of crustaceans and shellfish on pizza I think they land beautifully with a few other key ingredients to make them POP! This one was farken tasty ❤️‍🔥🦞🤤

Ingredients

  • 1 250g Dough ball, (See dough recipe)
  • 2 TBSP Mutti freshly chopped tomatoes
  • Flakey salt
  • 2 Green Bugs
  • 2 TBSP baby capers
  • Low moisture mozzarella
  • Fermented chilli sauce
  • Parsely
  • Lemon
  • Garlic oil, (optional)

Method

  • 1)

    Stretch out pizza dough onto lightly floured pizza paddle

  • 2)

    Top with Mutti tomatoes and a pinch of salt. Then top with finely slice bug tail meat, finely chopped baby capers, add some low moisture mozzarella & fermented chilli sauce.

  • 3)

    Cook at 450c

  • 4)

    Top with finely chopped parsley, garlic oil (optional) and a squeeze of lemon 🥵🤌🏼🍕
