I’m a BIG fan of crustaceans and shellfish on pizza I think they land beautifully with a few other key ingredients to make them POP! This one was farken tasty ❤️🔥🦞🤤
Bug, Fermented Chilli and Capers Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 250g Dough ball, (See dough recipe)
- 2 TBSP Mutti freshly chopped tomatoes
- Flakey salt
- 2 Green Bugs
- 2 TBSP baby capers
- Low moisture mozzarella
- Fermented chilli sauce
- Parsely
- Lemon
- Garlic oil, (optional)
Method
- 1)
Stretch out pizza dough onto lightly floured pizza paddle
- 2)
Top with Mutti tomatoes and a pinch of salt. Then top with finely slice bug tail meat, finely chopped baby capers, add some low moisture mozzarella & fermented chilli sauce.

Cook at 450c
- 4)
Top with finely chopped parsley, garlic oil (optional) and a squeeze of lemon 🥵🤌🏼🍕
