Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Soy sauce or Tamari
- 2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 6 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tsp Palm sugar
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Lemon
- 2 Avocados
- 400g Raw fresh tuna
- Corn chips
- Sesame seeds
- 4 Spring onion
- Chilli flakes
Method
- 1)
Pour soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, palm sugar, zest and juice of lemon, grate garlic clove into a vessel

Smash up avocados into a bowl
- 3)
Cut up tuna into approx 1cm cubes
- 4)
Pour dressing over tuna
- 5)
Lay out corn chips
- 6)
Spread avocado first then put a few chunks of tuna on top
- 7)
Top with sesame seeds, spring onion and chilli flakes
