Ingredients
- 1 250g Dough ball, (refer to pizza dough recipe)
- Guanciale
- 2 TBSP heaped Sour cream
- Handful shaved Pecorino
- Few good cracks of black pepper
- Pinch flakey salt
- Squeeze of lemon
Method
- 1)
Stretch out pizza dough and lay it onto a floured pizza paddle.
- 2)
Combine the sour cream, pecorino, pepper, salt and fresh lemon then use it as the base for the pizza
- 3)
Top with shaved Guanciale and cook the pizza.
- 4)
Garnish with another little squeeze of lemon and grate over some pecorino.
