It’s truly simple to whip up this chilli crab pasta with @sanremopasta Angel Hair Spaghetti using their super simple pasta cooker!!

- 500 g San Remo Angel Hair Spaghetti
- 2 Shallots
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Red chilli
- 1 large gourmet tomato, or 3 small Roma tomatoes
- 1 handfull Flat leaf parsley
- 100 mL olive oil, + extra to drizzle
- 500 g Cooked spanner crab meat
- 1 Lemon
- Parmesan, to top

Get a pot of water on the boil with a generous pinch of salt.
Prep your ingredients by finely chopping 2 shallots, 2 garlic cloves, 1 red chilli, the cheeks off 1 large gourmet tomato (or 3 small Roma tomatoes), a handful of flat leaf parsley and zest 1 lemon.
Once your water is boiling, add your San Remo Angel Hair Spaghetti and cook for just 2 minutes then strain.
While the pasta cooks, add 100mL of olive oil to a pan on medium heat and add in your shallots, garlic, chilli and lemon zest.
Once that has cooked for 2 minutes, add in your crab and tomatoes and mix through.
Add strained pasta into the crab mix.
Add the juice of 1 lemon and the chopped parsley.
Take off the heat and mix thoroughly.
Add a generous crack of pepper and pinch of salt.
Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with some olive oil and shave some good quality parmesan over the top.
