Ingredients
- Tinned tomatoes / tomato passata
- Chorizo
- Bocconcini
- Corn kernels
- Pitas
- Flat leaf parsley
- Chilli flakes
- Salt
Method
- 1)
Spoon tinned tomatoes/tomato passata onto pita.
- 2)
Top with slices of chorizo, slices of bocconcini and fresh corn kernels.
- 3)
Pop into oven on 250C for 5-10 mins (until cheese is melted and edges are crispy).
- 4)
Finish with chopped flat leaf parsley, chilli flakes & a sprinkle of salt.
