Crispy Red Curry Fish Wings

A super simple way to cook your fish wings. You can eat them as is or with coconut rice, pick the meat and toss it through a salad or some noodles is a great way to go too.

Ingredients

  • 2 Large fish wings
  • 1 Tbsp Thai red curry paste
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • Coriander

Method

  • 1)

    Coat fish wings in curry paste and olive oil. Let marinate overnight if you like but I cooked these straight up.

  • 2)

    Cook over coals for approx 4 minutes on one side then 2 minutes on the other side until meat is just cooked through. Will vary greatly depending on the size of the wing.

  • 3)

    Top with fresh lime, coriander and chilli.
