Ingredients
- 2 tsp Blackboard instant coffee, (2 espresso shots)
- 60 mL Vodka
- 60 mL Kalua
- Couple drops Vanilla bean extract
- Ice
- Whole coffee beans to garnish
Method
- 1)
Into one side of cocktail mixer add:
– 2 teaspoons of instant coffee with a dash of hot water to dissolve it (alternatively use 2 espresso shots)
– Couple of drops of vanilla extract - 2)
Into the other side add ice.
- 3)
Pour liquid over ice and shake!!
- 4)
Pour liquid into glasses.
- 5)
Top with a couple of beans of coffee.
- 6)
