Green Dinosaur Pancake

Ingredients
- 300 g Plain flour
- 50 g Frozen spinach
- 1 Banana
- 50 g Panella sugar
- 350 g Full cream milk
- 50 g Baking powder
- Salted butter
- 1 Egg
- Pinch of salt
- Nutella
- Fresh strawberries
- Choc chips
Method

Add to a blender 50g frozen spinach, 1 banana, 1 egg, 350ml full cream milk and blend until all spinach completely combined.

Next in a mixing bowl add 300g plain flower, 50g panella sugar, 50g baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- 3)
Next add the green liquid to the mixing bowl and stir to combine. pancake batter should be a nice smooth consistency.
- 4)
Pop a pan on medium heat and melt a teaspoon of butter. Pour in mixture to desired size pancakes and cook it until bubbles form and flip it over. This will vary on size of pancakes and heat so do a tester pancake and adjust timing from there. Remove pancake onto a plate top with line of Nutella, strawberries and choc chips as per the reel to make a dinosaur.
