Knock off the maryland. Slice between the thigh and the breast.
- 2)
Separate the thigh from the drumstick.

Take off the wings
- 4)
Cut either side of the middle breast bone and that will allow you to take those breasts off. You can then slice the breast up however you would like.
- 5)
On the underside of the chicken there is two little pieces of chicken called oysters and they in my opinion are for the chef. Enjoy.
