Ingredients
- 1 Fish head split in half, (See Recipe on how to do this)
- Baby Gem Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Spring Onion
- Hoisin
- Kewpie
- Fresh Lime
Miso Glaze
- 2 Tbso White Miso Paste
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp Honey
Method
- 1)
Combine all the Miso Glaze Ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the simmer for approx 10 minutes then set to one side.
- 2)
Generously glaze the fish heads and let them marinade for 24 hours if possible.
- 3)
Grill over the coals or BBQ for 3-5 minutes per side depending on the size.
- 4)
Serve with baby gem lettuce, miso glaze, fish, sliced cucumber, spring onion, hoisin, kewpie and a squeeze of fresh lime.
