Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sushi rice (uncooked)
  • Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Roast chicken
  • Avocado
  • Kewpie mayo
  • Soy sauce
  • Nori sheet

Method

  • 1)

    Make your sushi rice and let it cool. Once cooled, drizzle over some rice wine vinegar.

  • 2)

    Grab a bamboo mat and lay over some glad wrap.

  • 3)

    Place three heaped tablespoons of sushi rice onto the mat and spread out thin, even and flat within the confines of the bamboo mat.

  • 4)

    Layer your avocado, roast chicken, kewpie and soy sauce.

  • 5)

    Bring all fours of the glad wrap together, allow the rice to cover the ingredients. Tighten into a nice ball then shape into a triangle.

  • 6)

    Gently unwrap from the cling wrap and wrap a strip of nori, making sure it covers enough of the sushi so you can hold it.
