Ingredients
- 50ml Plantation 3 start white rum
- 10ml Fresh lime juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 4 Mint leaves
- 100mls Strangelove passionfruit soda
Method
- 1)
Place mint leaves in your plam, give them a spank and drop into glass.
- 2)
Add the rum, lime and sugar to glass.
- 3)
Fill 2/3’s with crushed ice and churn with a spoon.
- 4)
Add strangelove passionfruit soda.
- 5)
Top with more crushed ice.
