Pita pizzas, one of our easiest go to midweek dinners! When it’s 4.45pm, the kids are getting hungry and we throw whatever we’ve got in the fridge on top of pita bread and make pizzas! #pieceofpearce

Ingredients
- Tinned tomatoes/tomato passata
- Pita
- Chopped salami
- Bocconcini
- Sprinkle of dried oregano
- Fresh basil
- Salt
Method
- 1)
Spoon tinned tomatoes/tomato passata on pita.
- 2)
Top with chopped salami, bocconcini and a sprinkle of dried oregano.
- 3)
Pop into oven on 250C for 5-10 mins (until cheese is melted and edges are crispy).
- 4)
Finish with some chopped fresh basil and a pinch of salt.
