Ingredients
- 1 250g Dough ball, (see dough recipe)
- 1 TBSP heaped Sour cream
- 1 TSP heaped White miso
- Green cabbage
- Low moisture mozzarella
- High score Wagyu sirloin, (super thinly sliced)
- Sukiyaki sauce
- Togarashi
Method
- 1)
Stretch out dough ball onto a lightly floured pizza paddle.
- 2)
Mix the sour cream and miso and spread onto the base.
- 3)
Use a mandoline to finely shave the green cabbage.
- 4)
Layer it with Wagyu beef and low moisture mozzarella.
- 5)
Cook at 450C
- 6)
Garnish with sukiyaki sauce and togarashi.
