Ingredients

  • 1 250g Dough ball, (see dough recipe)
  • 1 TBSP heaped Sour cream
  • 1 TSP heaped White miso
  • Green cabbage
  • Low moisture mozzarella
  • High score Wagyu sirloin, (super thinly sliced)
  • Sukiyaki sauce
  • Togarashi

Method

  • 1)

    Stretch out dough ball onto a lightly floured pizza paddle.

  • 2)

    Mix the sour cream and miso and spread onto the base.

  • 3)

    Use a mandoline to finely shave the green cabbage.

  • 4)

    Layer it with Wagyu beef and low moisture mozzarella.

  • 5)

    Cook at 450C

  • 6)

    Garnish with sukiyaki sauce and togarashi.
