1. Purchase Options
You may purchase the cookbook in one of the following ways:
- One-off Purchase – $65, payable upfront.
- 12-Month Subscription – $6.95 per month, payable in 12 equal monthly instalments.
2. Subscription Agreement
- By selecting the 12-month subscription, you agree to complete all 12 monthly payments of $6.95.
- Payments are automatically charged each month to your nominated payment method.
- At the end of the 12-month subscription, once all payments have been successfully received, you will receive your cookbook.
3. Delivery of Cookbook
- One-off Purchase: The cookbook will be dispatched upon release/availability once full payment is confirmed.
- 12-Month Subscription: The cookbook will be dispatched after the final (12th) payment has been received and upon release/availability.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- One-off purchases are non-refundable.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable.
- If you cancel before completing all 12 payments, you will not be entitled to receive the cookbook.
5. Failure to Pay
- If a subscription payment fails, you will be notified to update your payment details.
- If payment is not resolved within 14 days, your subscription may be cancelled, and any prior payments made will be forfeited.
6. Pricing & Changes
- Prices are stated in AUD and are inclusive/exclusive of GST (update as needed).
- We reserve the right to update pricing or terms at any time, with notice provided to active subscribers.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors outside our control (e.g., postal delays, supply issues).
