Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 400g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh dill
  • 800g Lamb mince
  • 2 Cubes Goats cheese
  • Dried oregano
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Cos lettuce
  • Avocado
  • Tip Top Potato Buns

Method

  • 1)

De-seed the cucumber and then use a box grater. Add in the 400g Greek yoghurt, one grated garlic clove, zest and juice of one lemon, and one tablespoon of fresh dill.

  • 2)

Slice up your roasted capsicum and add two cubes of goats cheese, dried oregano, one teaspoon of honey, salt and pepper.

  • 3)

Grab your metal rings and divide your lamb mince into 200g portions. Press each portion into the metal rings to create four lamb patties.

  • 4)

Salt one side of the lamb patties.

  • 5)

Grab a pan and place on a high heat. Add your lamb patties salted side down. Cook for four minutes.

  • 6)

Salt the uncooked side of the patties and flip. Cook for a further four minutes.

  • 7)

Grab your Tip Top potato burger buns and toast cut side down. I also like to toast my lid.

  • 8)

Now you can begin layering your burger. Start with the roasted capsicum mix, then add your cos lettuce, avocado, lamb patty, tzatziki and your lid.
