Ingredients
- Olive Sourdough
- Butter
- Handful gourmet mushies
- Garlic
- Chilli
- Lemon
- Goats Fetta, or similar
- Organic free range egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilli oil , optional

Wack on your toast

Melt knob butter in pan on high heat, add mushies, few slices garlic, lemon zest, fresh chilli and toss. Let cook for 5mins on high keep tossing as it cooks, deglaze with a squeeze of lemon juice and some salt and pepper.

Smear your favourite fetta on toast, add the mushies
- 4)
Fry an egg in some butter, add it on top of the mushies
- 5)
Drizzle over some chilli oil (optical) and sprinkle of salt and pepper! Enjoy!
