Pear & Rosemary Wine Spritz

Here is our ‘Pear & Rosemary Wine Spirtz’ using the @squealingpigwines Pinot Gris 1.5L bagnums from @danmurphys. Quick, easy and refreshing! As always swipe for ingredients and method and tag a mate that you’ll be whipping these up for at your next bbq or picnic!

  • 1 Squealing Pig Pinot Gris Bagnum 1.5L
  • 750 ml Pear juice
  • 2 L Soda Water
  • Bunch of rosemary
  • Ice


  • 1)

    Fill your favourite glass with ice,

  • 2)

    Top with 100ml of Squealing Pig Pinot Gris.

  • 3)

    Add 50ml of pear juice and top with soda water.

  • 4)

    Rub a sprig of rosemary between your hand to release the aromas and stir to combine the liquid and leave the rosemary for garnish!

You can also make a large pitcher to share if you’ve got a crew coming over otherwise no stress as you can save the bagnum for another day as it stays fresh for 30 days!
