Pear & Rosemary Wine Spritz

- 1 Squealing Pig Pinot Gris Bagnum 1.5L
- 750 ml Pear juice
- 2 L Soda Water
- Bunch of rosemary
Fill your favourite glass with ice,
Top with 100ml of Squealing Pig Pinot Gris.
Add 50ml of pear juice and top with soda water.
Rub a sprig of rosemary between your hand to release the aromas and stir to combine the liquid and leave the rosemary for garnish!
You can also make a large pitcher to share if you’ve got a crew coming over otherwise no stress as you can save the bagnum for another day as it stays fresh for 30 days!
