Pineapple & Jalapeno Whiskey Sour

Ingredients
- 5 pickled jalapeños , save one for garnish
- 2 x 30 ml Shots fresh pineapple juice
- 2 x 30 ml Shots fresh lemon juice
- 2 x 30 ml Shots of your favourite whiskey
- 1 Egg white
- Handful of ice
- Fresh pineapple for garnish
Method
- 1)
Add 4 pickled jalapeños to your cocktail shaker and give them a squish down with a muddling stick.
- 2)
Add 2 shots of pineapple juice, 2 shots fresh lemon juice, 2 shots of your favourite whiskey and 1 egg white.
- 3)
Shake it for 30sec until nice and foamy, then add a handful of ice and stir to chill.
- 4)
Pour into your favourite glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple and a pickled jalapeño.
