For fathers day this year we’ve partnered up with our mates @myer to give you some gift inspiration and a spicy sweet cocktail to match. Introducing our ‘Pineapple & Jalapeño Whiskey Sour’. Tag a Dad in your life that deserves this combo!

  • 5 pickled jalapeños , save one for garnish
  • 2 x 30 ml Shots fresh pineapple juice
  • 2 x 30 ml Shots fresh lemon juice
  • 2 x 30 ml Shots of your favourite whiskey
  • 1 Egg white
  • Handful of ice
  • Fresh pineapple for garnish


  • 1)

    Add 4 pickled jalapeños to your cocktail shaker and give them a squish down with a muddling stick.

  • 2)

    Add 2 shots of pineapple juice, 2 shots fresh lemon juice, 2 shots of your favourite whiskey and 1 egg white. 

  • 3)

    Shake it for 30sec until nice and foamy, then add a handful of ice and stir to chill. 

  • 4)

    Pour into your favourite glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple and a pickled jalapeño.
