Super easy and festive/summery style dish perfect for entertaining.. the humble Prawn Sanga (that’s sandwich in Aussie speak ha)! Pro tip: get people to peel their own prawns to save you time! Prawn Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 kg Cooked prawns
- 2 Limes
- 6 tbsp Mayo or kewpie
- 3 Avocados
- 1/2 Crunchy iceberg lettuce
- 1 loaf Fluffy white bread
- Sea salt crisps
Method
- 1)
Peel the prawns and remove vein/poo track

Chop up prawns
- 3)
Zest and juice of the limes over prawns
- 4)
Mix through mayo
- 5)
Slice up avo
- 6)
Finely chop iceberg lettuce
- 7)
Lay out bread and top with lettuce, few spoons of prawn mix and approx 1/2 an avo per sandwich

Serve with crisps

Can cut crusts off if serving as cocktail sandwiches
