This Salsa Roja is the way to go! It brings a kick to any meal, a great addition to tacos, burritos, or grilled meats, and can even be enjoyed as a simple dip. It only takes minutes to prepare. Just add everything to a blender, pulse for a chunky texture, and you’re ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 3 Red Chilli
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Small Handful Coriander
  • 1 Lime
  • Flaky Salt

Method

  • 1)

    Grab a blender and add in your red onion, cherry tomatoes, red chilli, garlic clove, coriander, lime juice and zest and flaky salt.

    Blend it on a pulse setting. You want everything chopped and textured.
