Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Bananas
- 2 heaped tbsp Collagen powder
- 1 tbsp Cacao powder
- 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
- 400-500 ml Milk of your choice , (we used almond and coconut milk)
- Granola or muesli optional
- Raspberries
- Cacao nibs
- Drizzle of honey
Method
- 1)
Add banana, avocado, collagen powder, cacao powder, hemp seeds and milk to blender
- 2)
Blitz until smooth consistency
- 3)
Optional to put muesli or granola in bottom of bowl
- 4)
Pour into small bowl and top with cacao nibs, raspberries, hemp seeds and a drizzle of honey
