Smoothie Bowl

Using @nutraorganics goodies! Can tweak this recipe however you want but a great base for an easy, nutritious smoothie or smoothie bowl that your kidlets will love too!

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 heaped tbsp Collagen powder
  • 1 tbsp Cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 400-500 ml Milk of your choice , (we used almond and coconut milk)
  • Granola or muesli optional
  • Raspberries
  • Cacao nibs
  • Drizzle of honey

Method

  • 1)

    Add banana, avocado, collagen powder, cacao powder, hemp seeds and milk to blender

  • 2)

    Blitz until smooth consistency

  • 3)

    Optional to put muesli or granola in bottom of bowl

  • 4)

    Pour into small bowl and top with cacao nibs, raspberries, hemp seeds and a drizzle of honey
