If you haven’t tried Sobrasada it’s delicious spreadable salami paste and goes so bloody well on pizza. Matched up with my favorite pasta sauce of all time Puttanesca this one is really ticking some boxes for me 🥵❤️🔥
Sobrasada and Puttanesca Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 250g Dough ball, (see dough recipe)
- 2 TBSP Mutti chopped tomtoes
- Sobrasada
- Baby capers
- Kalamata olives
- Roast Capsicum
- Low moisture mozzarella
- Fermented chilli
- Parmigiano Reggiano
- Lemon
- Parsley
Method
- 1)
Stretch out a dough ball onto a floured pizza paddle.
- 2)
Add the tomato sauce, Sobrasada, road capsicum, baby capers, olives, low moisture mozzarella
- 3)
Cook it in the oven at 450C.
- 4)
Garnish with some Parmigiano Reggiano, squeeze of lemon and finely chopped parsley.
