Ingredients
Talisker Toddy
- 60 ml Talisker Scotch Whiskey
- 30 ml Ginger Honey Syrup*
- 30 ml Fresh lemon juice
- Ice
- Fresh lemon peel
Ginger Honey Syrup
- 250 ml water
- 350 g honey
- 100 g ginger

Ginger honey syrup

To make the Ginger honey syrup place the sliced fresh ginger into a blender with honey and 250ml warm water and blitz for 30secs. Then strain into a jar and chill in the fridge.
Talisker Toddy
- 1)
To make the Talisker Toddy place 60ml of 10YO Single Malt Whisky into a glass with 30ml ginger honey syrup 30ml of lemon juice and add it to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 secs. Then add fresh ice to a serving glass and pour over the ice and garnish with a little slice of lemon rind. Enjoy! #drinkresponsibly
