Ingredients

  • 1 Heirloom Tomato
  • 1 Tbsp Capers
  • 1 Tbsp Baby Gherkins
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil
  • 1 Tbsp Dill
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley
  • 1/2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pepper
  • Flaky Salt
  • Lemon

Method

  • 1)

    Dice your tomato

  • 2)

    Finely dice your gherkins and capers.

  • 3)

    Roll your herbs into a cigar and roughly chop.

  • 4)

    Add a ½ teaspoon of Dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Add your mixture on top of your bagel.
