Ingredients
- 1 250g Dough ball, (see pizza dough recipe)
- 1 TBSP heaped Sour cream
- 1 TSP heaped Horseradish
- Pinch Flakey salt
- Zest half a lemon
- Cracked black pepper
- Thinly sliced Wagyu Bresaola
- Parmigiano Reggiano
- Squeeze of lemon
- Finley chopped parsely
Method
- 1)
Combine the sour cream, horseradish, salt,pepper and lemon zest to make your white base
- 2)
Stretch dough then cover base in the horseradish cream and cook off the pizza.
- 3)
Dress the cooked pizza with thin slices of Wagyu bresaola, shaving of parmigiano reggiano, squeeze of lemon and finely chopped parsley.
