  • Ok this in my opinion is the best dough I can make. Admittedly it has failed on me a couple of times mainly due to over proofing when you take it out of the fridge but the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten have been with this recipe. Charred pillowy crust but soft chewy and silky structure is what I’m chasing.

  • I love potato pizza and there are so many different ways to make it. I really like this style where the potatoes are already cooked out and have heaps of flavour.

  • So, the team @salumiaustralia may have helped me brush up on my Italian since this video informing me that “Finocchietto” is pronounced with a “k” sound rather than a “ch” sound but what I did know at the time was that sliced super thin with the freshly made ricotta and hot honey it’s a bloody winning combo on a pizza!
