Serve them over sushi rice, crisp green cabbage, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for a meal that’s simple, delicious, and weeknight-friendly.
100g Panko Crumbs, Add more or less depending on how wet the mixture is.

Method
1)
Cook your rice

Make your glaze with 120ml soy sauce, four heaped tablespoons of Masterfoods Smokey BBQ Sauce, ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper and grate in one teaspoon of fresh ginger.

Pop your glaze on the stove and let simmer for 5 minutes until it has thickened and then turn it off the heat.

In a bowl add 5oog of chicken mince crack in one egg, two tablespoons of cornflour, two shoots of spring onion, one teaspoon of fresh ginger, two tablespoons of glaze and 100g of panko crumbs. Get your hands in and combine the ingredients.

Roll your chicken mixture into 16 meatballs.

Whack a pan on high heat, add in some olive oil and then your meatballs to the pan. Once cooked, turn off the heat

Pour over the glaze and toss the meatballs to coat them evenly.
8)
To plate up, pop some sushi rice, sliced green cabbage with a sesame dressing and add four of the chicken meatballs.
