Vongole/ Pipi pasta, such a yum simple dish! Can use any shellfish for this one if you can’t get your hands on pipis!

Ingredients
- 500 g Pipis, (approx)
- 1 handful Parsley
- 110 g Baby capers
- 1 Lemon
- Chilli flakes
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Butter
- Pasta
- Pepper
- Salt
Method

Finely chop parsley and put into bowl
- 2)
Roughly chop capers and add to bowl
- 3)
Zest and juice of lemon and sprinkle of chilli flakes into bowl

Finely chop cloves of garlic
- 5)
Add 2-3 tablespoons of butter into pan with garlic
- 6)
Then put pipis in with lid on until majority open. Ours took 6 mins

Cook pasta
- 8)
Add pasta to pan once cooked and mix
- 9)
Add another tablespoon of butter through, with a crack of pepper and pinch of salt
- 10)
Give a mix and serve
